BEST TRANE – Good Practice Exchange for Adult Learning in the context of Non-Formal Education is a project co-funded by the European Erasmus+ programme. 5 organisations from 5 countries (France, Cyprus, Ireland, Italy and the United Kingdom) worked together to develop operational tools and innovative training models for educators in non-formal education centres. BEST TRANE collected information and examples of existing good practice on working with older people and involving them in learning activities in non-formal learning centres.
The BEST TRANE project carried out research and study visits that led to the creation of the main outcome of the project: the Trainers’ Manual, identifying good practices related to non-formal learning methodology applied to training activities for older people and also proposing innovative training activities to be implemented with adult learners.
The Trainers’ Manual is available here above!
