Beyond Borders is a training course for youth workers funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
During a week, from the 7th to the 14th of December 2025, youth workers from 7 European countries and Egypt will gather in São João do Estoril, Portugal, to acquire practical skills to foster connections, promote understanding, and create inclusive environments for young migrants, where diversity is celebrated and prejudice is challenged.
In particular, participants will increase their awareness of cultural diversity and sensitivity, as they will be able to identify and address cultural barriers to integration. The youth workers will work collaboratively to design practical, innovative, and replicable inclusion strategies to foster smoother learning experiences and strengthen community integration.
The result of this training course will be Toolkit comprising practical resources for educators and youth workers to use in fostering migrant youth integration.
