Our educators met online on Friday, the 14th of April 23, to exchange ideas and experiences on how to develop a trainig course for women wanting to create their own eco-entreprise. What are the obstacles that these women have to face? What do they need to overcome them and start their business? Do gender inequalities affect them?
These and other questions have been asked by SOLUTION to assess the educators’ needs and those of their women learners, in order to develop a dedicated Women needs Assessment Toolkit in the framework of Mend The Gap, our Erasmus+ project aiming at narrowing the gap between women and men by developing resources in edcuators’ hands to give financial education and eco-entrepreneuship training to their women learners.
