Objectives
ALL-IN is a 24 months project funded by the Spanish national agency of the Erasmus + programme. It started the 1st of February 2024 and will last until the 31st of January 2026.
The primary goal of the ALL-IN project is to promote inclusive language and communication to actively include individuals with diverse backgrounds and abilities, thereby breaking down barriers and fostering social inclusion.
The partnership firmly believes that communication should be a unifying force that connects all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances. ALL-IN project aligns seamlessly with the Programme’s priority of promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, diversity, and fairness. Partners are committed to serving those with fewer opportunities and addressing the barriers outlined in the priority. By focusing on inclusive communication, the partnership intends to create an educational ecosystem that empowers individuals who may have been marginalised by conventional communication norms. This aligns perfectly with the Programme’s emphasis on fostering equity, creating inclusive environments, and providing mechanisms for individuals and organisations to overcome obstacles.
Results
By developing a comprehensive curriculum, a practical framework, and an accessible platform for educational resources, we aspire to empower both educators and learners to adopt communication practices that are respectful, empathetic, and tailored to diverse audiences.
