Yesterday afternoon, 15 April, our association organised a trip to the independent cinema L’Archipel in the 10th arrondissement, in partnership with this socially conscious cinema. Around a dozen students from our French as a Foreign Language (FLE) classes were thus able to discover Planètes, a wordless film by director Momoko Seto, which poetically explores environmental issues and the importance of preserving nature.
This sensory experience, accessible to all, allowed everyone to express themselves freely, beyond language barriers. The discussions that followed the screening were rich in thought and emotion, confirming once again the power of cinema to bring people together and raise awareness.
A big thank you to L’Archipel for their warm welcome, and to all the participants for their enthusiasm and commitment!
