Solution is partner of the Mums@Work project, an initiative supporting migrant mothers to integrate the labour market. Thanks to the guidance of the project coordinator, ProArbeit (Germany), we have met migrant mothers, discussed with them their expectations and wills and have created together a professional plan.
In particular, during the workshops, we gave them tips about professional and vocational education opportunities in France and helped them to draft their their professional CV and cover letter in French. More advanced sessions aim at training them for job interviews, by carrying out role play activities.
